Some Things You Just Have To Post

Thanks to Robin for sending me this. I needed it today!

Happy IVGLDSW Day! Today is International Very Good Looking, Damn Smart Woman's Day, so please send this message to someone you think fits this description. Please do not send it back to me as I have already received it from a Very Good Looking, Damn Smart Woman!

And remember this motto to live by: Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

Have a wonderful day !

How appropriate...

Corey had this on his myspace page (except he was Beaker) and I just had to take it. I would have guessed Miss Piggy (especially with that full-figured question!) but I've always felt a kinship with Kermy. My favorite song to sing to the girls is Rainbow Connection. originally performed by Kermit the Frog. and I love frogs. They symbolize new beginnings.

You Are Kermit

Hi, ho! Lovable and friendly, you get along well with everyone you know.
You're a big thinker, and sometimes you over think life's problems.
Don't worry - everyone know's it's not easy being green.
Just remember, time's fun when you're having flies!

On the day my children were baptized

They were healthy, happy and absolutely beautiful. Their wonderful wonderful aunt bought these dresses for them that fit each's personality to a "T". Bu's dress was wild, with stripey socks, one clean shoe and one dirty shoe. Bean's dress was so very very soft and feminine.

Thank you to all of my "Village" that came to support us and all those that couldn't but sent us their thoughts and blessings.

My youngest, sweetest looking child really has little devil horns hidden by her hair. I can't get into the IfYouGiveAKidaCamera blog, so i'm posting here.

How many times a day have I said, "Leave the cat ALONE!!!"?? and here the reply, "But Mooooooooooooooooooooooooom, we're just petting her!"

Now I have proof. and they supplied it themselves. All I can say is that they are sooooooo lucky that is a lovebug patient cat. and that it has no claws.

Theme Song

Life is good. I am happy. =)

I'm Free by Jon Secada
Do you see what I see
A rainbow shining over us
In the middle of a hopeless storm
Sometimes I'm blinded by my feelings
And I can't see beyond my troubled mind
Afraid of what I'll find
The story of our lives
But there's tomorrow.
[Chorus]
Cause I'm free, I'm free
And things are only as important
As I want them to be
We'll have a breath of sunshine
When the rain goes away
I pray, I pray.
Do you need a friend right now
In the road that you're going to
If you get lost just call me I'll be there
Yes I'll be right there
Cause though I may not have the answer
At least I know what I'm looking for.
Yes I can do without sorrow
There's a day after tomorrow
So I'm leaving behind.
[Chorus]
I'm free, I'm free
And things are only as important
As I want them to be
We'll have a breath of sunshine
When the rain goes away
I pray, I pray.
And if you want to share my dreams
Well all you have to do is say it, say it
Let me hear you loud and clear
Cause I need you if you wanna be, if you wanna be.
Do you see what I see
A rainbow shining over us
In the middle of a hopeless storm
We'll be safe and warm.
[Repeat chorus]
