Theme Song

Life is good. I am happy. =)

I'm Free by Jon Secada
Do you see what I see
A rainbow shining over us
In the middle of a hopeless storm
Sometimes I'm blinded by my feelings
And I can't see beyond my troubled mind
Afraid of what I'll find
The story of our lives
But there's tomorrow.
[Chorus]
Cause I'm free, I'm free
And things are only as important
As I want them to be
We'll have a breath of sunshine
When the rain goes away
I pray, I pray.
Do you need a friend right now
In the road that you're going to
If you get lost just call me I'll be there
Yes I'll be right there
Cause though I may not have the answer
At least I know what I'm looking for.
Yes I can do without sorrow
There's a day after tomorrow
So I'm leaving behind.
[Chorus]
I'm free, I'm free
And things are only as important
As I want them to be
We'll have a breath of sunshine
When the rain goes away
I pray, I pray.
And if you want to share my dreams
Well all you have to do is say it, say it
Let me hear you loud and clear
Cause I need you if you wanna be, if you wanna be.
Do you see what I see
A rainbow shining over us
In the middle of a hopeless storm
We'll be safe and warm.
[Repeat chorus]

Miracles DO Happen!!!!

It is Finished!

That's an old petra song that has been gleefully running through my head. It is FINISHED!

The divorce is final and the chaos has just begun. Divorced one whole day and he skips a support payment. NOT a surprise. Dealing with his NPD is like a little cup of chaos every day. and you don't know if it's going to fresh or spoiled, sweet or bitter.

Today it was bitter. Seemed like I had this huge button on my chest that said, "PUSH ME".

Here are the two quotes from him that pushed that button hard:

"You're just attacking, now, with whatever you think might cause the most pain. Well, trust me. My life, today, is every bit as hellish as you wished it to be; and it's not getting better. At least you can be grateful for that."

and

"Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding, Sula. Did you learn those at church?"

WHAT-E-V-E-R.

Someone needs to warn his new girlfriend that he's already got a personal add looking for a new squeeze out in California. Heck, I may do it just for fun!

Yesterday when I got home from the courthouse (done at 8:45 and they don't usually start till 9 - first in line, baby!) I put in the Jon Secada CD (that i wasn't allowed to listen to because it wasn't high quality music - pssshhhhhhhwwwwww) and played the I'm Free song as loud as i could dancing in a circle happy as could be. The girls joined me and we all danced in a circle. My girls know that things will be better because mommy is now much much happier.

I haven't blogged in over a year because of the flow of information, but Baby, I'm back! I'll have to make a list of my characters with their bloggynicknames so anyone who doesn't have anything better to do that's reading this Surviving-We-Three will have some sort of clue who they are to me!

More beginnings later. it's night night time now!

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad to be back!
